I am a Learning and Development Consultant specialising in the Hospitality Industry.
With 26 years experience in hotel operations, 16 of those in learning and development, I bring a uniqueness to the learning intervention, backing theory with relevant real examples I have experienced.
My approach is to consider the business needs, how the participants learning and development can enhance the customer experience, increase team member retention and satisfaction whilst meeting the property/ group financial targets.
